Internal Sales Consultant

We are seeking a motivated and personable Internal Sales Consultant to join a dynamic in-house team. Our client is a leading provider of high-quality safety products. They stand between you and harm in Workplace Safety, Road and Civil Construction, Building Construction, and Public Spaces.
You will play a crucial role in helping our customers find the right solutions to meet their safety needs.
Your key responsibilities will be:
Understand client challenges and provide tailored solutions that align with our core values.
Foster strong relationships with new and existing clients, ensuring long-term satisfaction and loyalty.
Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive experience from initial inquiry to post-sale support.
Achieve and exceed sales targets by actively identifying opportunities and closing deals.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
Proven success in solution-based sales roles.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex solutions clearly.
Strong customer service orientation with a passion for meeting and exceeding client needs.
Critical thinking skills to propose effective solutions to client challenges.
Driven and proactive, with a commitment to achieving sales targets and delivering results.
Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office applications.
