Key Responsibilities: Achieve or exceed sales and gross profit (GP) budgets for your assigned customer base and the brands and product lines in your portfolio. Update key stakeholders within customer businesses on new products, product spotlights/promotions, project and quote updates, and available/upcoming training. Maintain the CRM/ordering system with updates on CRM accounts, quotes, and project pipelines. Collaborate with various internal stakeholders and external manufacturer roles to provide customers with necessary training, demonstrations, and support. Manage and develop the existing reseller channel while generating new business and building relationships with key customers.
