The Role
We are seeking to fill the newly established position of an Internal Delivery Manager based in Christchurch. This is a critical role within our trades team overseeing the Canterbury region.
In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing a growing mixed trades team servicing key internal clients.
As the Internal Delivery Manager, you will have experience working in a labour-based model with a sound understanding of the trades. You will have experience scoping, pricing, organising your team of tradespeople and providing quality assurance.
You will be instrumental in the development and growth of your wider team from training, recruitment, succession planning and forecasting resources where required.
The Internal Delivery Manager reports to the South Island Maintenance Manager and has 4 direct reports; Painting, Electrical & Carpentry Foreman and 10 indirect reports. You will be highly supported in this role by the SI Maintenance Manager and the Innovation and Technology Manager as well as the wider team.
The appointment range for this role is $90,000 - $95,000 + a company vehicle.
