Te whiwhinga mahi | The opportunity As the Internal Communications Manager, you will play a crucial role in shaping and executing a communication strategy to develop internal communications that help to proactively enhance our market profile and brand. You'll work closely with our leaders to develop comprehensive internal communications ensuring a strong linkage between our strategy, brand development and marketing activity. Centered from our head office in Auckland, you will be responsible for leading our internal communications; every day will be varied with new opportunities and challenges, but overall, you can expect to: Lead and implement an internal communications strategy and plan that promotes and showcases best practice communications for our people. Lead and engage a small team to deliver results aligned with our strategy. Develop and maintain a suite of multi-channel, two-way internal communications platforms to promote our Beca strategy and enable storytelling across our platforms that help drive our desired behaviours and deliver on strategy. Curate and sign off content to ensure messaging is engaging, impactful and demonstrates how Beca 'makes everyday better'. Deliver communications that ensure our people understand the business and support them in having value-added conversations with clients. Promote the organisation's vision internally by communicating organisational and functional direction to teams to achieve understanding, engagement and active buy-in. Develop and execute plans for internal communications campaignsaligned with business objectives. Collaborate with a diverse group of employees to translate technical information into engaging internal content that showcases the breadth and impact of our work. Ko wai koe | About you We are looking for someone who is passionate about making a difference through storytelling and champions the importance of our people being engaged with high-quality communications. You bring proven experience in a corporate internal communications role, preferably in a complex organization where you have developed your strategic thinking and ability to translate business objectives into effective communications strategies. Strong writing skills are essential, as you will craft clear, compelling messages that resonate with our diverse audience. You will bring a fresh perspective and a collaborative approach and thrive when faced with ambiguity. As a respected communications leader, you have a natural flare for building strong networks and expertise in managing relationships right across the organisation and have proven experience in building and strengthen internal communications capability by working alongside people.
