Te turanga - The role and your impact
The Internal Communications Adviser provides support in the delivery of internal content to the Reserve Bank and works closely with the Internal Engagement Business Partners, Senior Change Communications Adviser, and the Manager Internal Communications to implement internal communications.
Your key responsibilities will include:
Delivering internal communicationsWriting regular content for the intranet and newslettersContributing to producing an all-staff presentationProviding advice to management on internal communicationsO pukenga - About you
We're looking for someone who has great communication skills, good judgement, and a good understanding of organisational culture.
If you have:
A minimum of 3 years' experience in an internal communications or similar roleExcellent writing and communication skills, with the ability to write clearly and concisely for non-technical audiences, tailoring messages to different audiencesA good understanding of the requirements for delivering quality internal communication initiativesKo wai matou - Who we are
