About the Role: We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Internal Account Manager to join the team at Waterworks. This role is crucial in driving sales growth and providing exceptional service to clients. As the main internal contact for clients in your region, you will support and build strong relationships with new and existing customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded. Your efforts will play a key role in achieving revenue and profitability targets, in line with the company's vision and goals.
Key Responsibilities Include: Answer phone calls and direct technical queries appropriately.Process orders received via phone, email, and website.Liaise with clients and stakeholders regarding order fulfillment and delivery.Build strong relationships with customers in your region and become their go-to person.Achieve sales revenue targets as per the annual sales budget.Measure and improve our Net Promoter Score (NPS) and customer satisfaction.Track and follow up on freight consignments to ensure timely delivery. Skills & Qualifications Required: At least 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role.
Ability to learn quickly and apply practical solutions.Effective and professional communication skills in a fast-paced environment.Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build strong relationships.Customer-first approach and exemplary time management.Proficiency with Microsoft O365, NetSuite, and HubSpot.
