Yourinternship will be split, spending 6 months at a local community pharmacy(in either Hokitika or Greymouth) as well as 6 months at Health New Zealand, TeTai o Poutini (West Coast) hospital pharmacy. This internship will allow you todevelop your pharmacy skills in an innovative and supportive environment, andwill allow you to experience the best of rural health care. This will mean meetinglegislative, contractual and professional obligations. You will be supported bya Pharmacy Preceptor and build relationships with the wider pharmacy team alongwith clients in our inpatient and outpatient settings.
