You will be responsible for ensuring system integrity, meeting client technology plans, and problem resolution. This position requires regular travel within the region from Tinwald to Oamaru and into Mt Cook, facilitating face-to-face interactions that foster strong client relationships and high satisfaction levels. Deliver IT solutions and support to a diverse client base. Skills and experience we are looking for: Hold a relevant Bachelor level degree and have at least 2 years of experience as a Systems Engineer ideally within an MSP. A wide range of technical skills and knowledge across Microsoft, Google, ERP systems, and accounting systems. The ability to work across multiple client accounts, prioritising their needs and delivering great outcomes.
