As part of a Scrum team, you will contribute to all the phases of the development lifecycle, as well as working cross functionally to define OKR's and cross functional product developments.Maintain and enhance existing software systems, with focus on improving code quality and automation Work with wider ELMO teams on cross product development Work with wider ELMO teams to ensure/develop company wide standards and approach.Maintain and enhance existing test plans and improve test coverage and automation Contribute to qualify and effectively reducing technical debt Utilize established development tools, guidelines and conventions including but not limited to ASP.Net, ASP.Net Core, React, Microsoft SQL Server, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and AWS Contribute to the design, build, and maintenance of efficient, reusable, and reliable code Consistently make conscious and pragmatic trade-offs in order to ship a product Desired Skills and Experience Bachelors degree of Science (B.S.)degree with a concentration in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Computer Science or equivalent, preferable Demonstrated 2-3 years' work experience of agile/scrum methodology as Software Engineer Demonstrated experience in .Net, .Net Core, React, Cloud infrastructure (AWS) & DevOps Experience in Relational Database Management Systems (Preferably MSSQL) Demonstrated ability to write automated tests at multiple levels (unit, integration, e2e) Well-developed communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
