We are looking for an engineer or applied scientist who is interested in working with clients to provide engineering planning, resource consenting, and design/operation of land treatment systems. This is an excellent opportunity, due to the continued growth and development of wastewater infrastructure and land treatment systems nationwide. You will have the chance to work on a variety of projects and advance your career while studying under industry leaders. About the Role Provide support for our teams in projects relating to the land treatment of wastewater Be involved in the engineering design of land treatment systems Undertake technical investigations and preparation of an assessment of environmental effects Provide expertise in sustainable land management, wastewater irrigation design, soil/water processes and nutrient modelling Undertake and participate in project life cycle assessment, from initial optioneering to full-scale design assistance, commissioning, handover, and operational support Get involved in business development to strengthen client relationships. Skills and Experience An accredited degree qualification in applied sciences or engineering Minimum 5 years of experience in land treatment space Strong verbal and written communication skills Creative thinking to find innovative and sound solutions for our clients A collegiate, team-player attitude Strong data analysis skills using Microsoft Excel and other software packages Fully subsidised health insurance and income protection Ability to purchase extra annual leave through salary sacrifice Salary top-up for parental leave (all primary carers) Full professional membership fee cover and continued study support Multiple opportunities to be part of our inclusion, community, and sustainability groups Would you like to apply for this position?
