This is a great opportunity to join a young and energetic firm with a high degree of technical knowledge and large growth potential.Your main tasks will be:Work in teams on multi-storey residential/commercial developments, low rise commercial/industrial projects and complex roof structures in concrete, steel and engineered timber/CLT (Cross Laminated Timber).Manage the structural drafting on projects ensuring the highest quality in accordance with expected Enovate standards.Work concurrently on multiple design projects.Assist in the development and maintenance of the company drafting libraries and standards and actively participate in optimisation of drafting procedures and approaches as time allows between project commitments.Provide structural drafting on specific projects producing comprehensive drawing packages using 3D Revit software and other BIM tools such as BIM 360 and Revizto.Work collaboratively with engineering staff and other design draftspeople to ensure design documentation is issued in accordance with the project programme.Be responsible for document control for both drawings and other project documents (in accordance with the QA Handbook).Co-ordinate with other project consultants (architect, services, contractors, quantity surveyors etc) to incorporate all relative information into the design.About youYou are a motivated Intermediate OR Senior Structural Draftsperson looking for a challenge and the opportunity to develop strong technical skills.
