Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Intermediate/Senior Resource Management Planner at Development Nous Ltd. We would like to hear from environmental/resource management planners with a minimum of 3 years' experience.
You'll be supported by a team of experienced planners, surveyors, civil and structural engineers, and landscape architecture professionals.
This position can be located within either of our offices situated in Hastings (Head Office), Palmerston North, or Wellington CBD.
Salary will be negotiated dependent on experience and expertise.

Job Tasks and Responsibilities Research and due diligence on potential projects.
Taking ownership of projects on time and budgets to a high standard.
Fostering client relationships and communications.
Sharing knowledge, expertise, and technical/legislative updates with the wider team.
Skills and Experience Have practical experience with the resource management act 1991.
Be a member of the NZPI or be eligible to apply.
