Intermediate / Senior Client-Side Project ManagerAbout the roleKingstons Project Management is seeking an Intermediate or Senior Client-Side Project Manager to join our team in Newmarket, Auckland. This is a full-time position that will see you playing a vital role in overseeing the successful delivery of a range of construction projects.We're currently working on some of the biggest projects shaping the Auckland skyline and are seeking an exceptional Intermediate or Senior Project Manager to join our growing team in Tamaki Makaurau. Working with KPM means tackling projects of all scales across the region and throughout New Zealand, spanning development management, design management, project management, and construction project management.We are a small and fast-growing company with considerable opportunity for growth and for you to become a key stakeholder in our future growth journey!What you'll be doingProviding strategic leadership and direction to project teams to ensure the timely and cost-effective completion of projectsDeveloping and monitoring project plans, budgets and schedules to proactively identify and mitigate risksLiaising with clients, contractors and other stakeholders to manage expectations and resolve issuesReporting on project progress and performance to senior leadershipIdentifying opportunities for process improvements and driving innovationWhat we're looking for5+ years' experience in a client-side Project Management role, within the construction industryTertiary qualification in Project Management, Architecture, Engineering or a related disciplineStrong knowledge of Project Management methodologies and best practicesProven track record in residential and commercial project delivery with civil subdivision experience a plusStrong stakeholder management and advanced problem-solving capabilitiesAbility to manage complex projects from inception to completionExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills and proven ability to deliver complex projects on time and within budgetProficient in the use of Project Management software and tools, with MS Project skills a plusYou'll be responsible for coordinating design teams, managing budgets, and delivering diverse and challenging projects that not only meet but exceed client expectations.
