To support this growth, we have a terrific opportunity for an Intermediate or Senior Civil Engineer to manage projects for a wide range of residential, council and commercial clients.
Your Role This mainly office-based role is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated person to join a company whose project workload is continuing to grow.
The person we are seeking will be a Civil Engineer with advanced Civil 3D skills.
You will be working with the geotechnical, civil/land development and 3 waters teams to ensure that the project outputs are of the highest quality.
The work will involve design and detailing on a broad range of infrastructure, land development, and water resources projects.
Your personal attributes will include: An ability to take instructions, organise workload and work to timeframes Good written and verbal communication skills Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and in team environments A confident and professional approach to your work This role would suit a self-motivated person who appreciates a company culture that empowers its people to work closely with its clients and is focused on creating signature projects in a work environment that is more collegial and less corporate.
About You You will have: Gained a NZ Diploma in Engineering (Civil) or a Civil Engineering degree Advanced AutoCAD/Civil 3D skills 3 to 5 years of relevant experience working on land development and infrastructure projects An understanding of local authority design standards, especially in the Auckland region And Your Success Success in this role will see you working with great industry mentors who will guide you on a pathway to a senior role where you will undertake more complex projects and oversee the work of junior Civil Engineers.
