Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Intermediate or Senior Architectural Technician. The Architectural Technician will be responsible for technical drawing, construction drawings, and computer-aided design (CAD) to support architects and engineers. The role will require close collaboration with architects, engineers, and clients.
Requirements: Education: Degree or diploma in Architectural Technology or a related field.Experience: Minimum 3 years experience in a similar role within an architectural design firm is preferred.Software Skills: Proficient in ArchiCAD.Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey ideas and collaborate effectively.Detail-Oriented: Meticulous attention to detail to ensure the accuracy and precision of architectural drawings.Creativity: A passion for innovative and high-quality design in the realm of residential architecture.Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Material and Systems Specification: Detail specifications for materials, finishes, and structural systems based on architectural designsRegulatory Compliance: Prepare and submit applications for building approvals and planning permissions.
