Intermediate/Senior Accountant

Ideally, you will be CA qualified, although consideration may also be given to candidates with several years of practical experience in a CA practice. This is a client-facing role, so the ideal applicant will convey confidence and be an excellent communicator.
Key responsibilities include:
Preparation of annual financial statements, management reports & budgets
Reviewing financial statements
Preparation of GST, FBT and other IRD returns
Systems implementation and management
The applicant must be eligible to work in New Zealand, have New Zealand Public Practice experience, be fluent in English, and have experience using MYOB Practice Management and Xero in an office environment. A driving licence is also required as some travel will be needed with this role.
To be successful, you will be well-organised, have strong computer software skills, be used to working to deadlines, be an effective communicator, and project a professional image.
