Intermediate Quantity Surveyor

This is a national developer building across NZ in key cities and towns in a high growth sector. They have an energetic working environment and are well placed for further growth in the coming years. They have a significant project that is under construction and is now in need of an Intermediate QS to support a Senior QS.The role will include but not be limited to:Pricing and estimating of build costs Budget management across both civil and commercial elements Job cost management in liaison with project and development managersTendering evaluation and letting of contracts Project administration including sub contractor agreements, progress claim management and variation claims checking Back costing, invoicing and supplier and sub contract price checkingYour background consists of the following: Tertiary qualifications in Construction Management or Quantity Surveying 5+ years experience of working in Quantity Surveyor capacity on commercial projects in NZ from $10M - $50MStrong Financial Reporting and Subcontractor management background Clear and effective communication skills and the ability to work well within a team Strong Procore financial management strengthsThis role will offer you the opportunity to work on the development side and have full learning and development support from a talented Senior QS and PM.Remuneration: $110K -$125KFor further information, please call on 027 554 4064 or send your resume to ******: 128935Hi I'm Matt, I manage this role.
