The Role: Reporting to the senior QS and based on site , you will be responsible for subcontractor contracts and pricing, cost estimating, monitoring subcontractors to ensure they are undertaking works in accordance with contractual obligations, analysing costs, variations, and final accounts, Your background: You will need to be a degree or diploma qualified Quantity Surveyor with experience on New Zealand projects over $15 in value. Ideally you will have at least5+ years experience in a commercial build QS role. You will need to have a positive attitude and be a team player. You have a good eye for detail, can confidently liaise with sub-contractors.
