Otago community hospice is on the lookout for an exceptional nurse to step into the role of intermediate planning coordinator for our specialist palliative care team in Dunedin, New Zealand. Our intermediate planning coordinator plays a vital role in leading a diverse and multidisciplinary team. Candidates are committed to continuous improvement and strive for excellence across all facets of service delivery, education, and professional development. They must have the ability to support a team towards a common goal of providing exemplary palliative care. This full-time position offers a competitive salary range of $130,278 per year. Candidates must have a minimum of 5 years of post-graduate experience in palliative care, with prior leadership experience in a clinical health department.
