In this role, you will play a key role in the development and implementation of planning policies and regulations, providing expert advice and guidance to stakeholders, and contributing to the strategic planning objectives of NPDC.ResponsibilitiesProcessing RMA and related applicationsProviding RMA expertiseActively ensure that legislative requirements and Council policies and procedures are fulfilled, particularly in relation to all key relevant legislationBuilding positive relationships with customers and stakeholdersUnderstand and interpret plansMinimum RequirementsA tertiary qualification related to resource management or land use planningPractical experience and competency in Resource Management legislative processesA general knowledge of other Local Government legislation and consent processesAwareness of the Local Government political environmentDriver's licenceDistrict Plan administration work within a Local Government environmentHe aha ai a Taranaki?
