Te aheinga - The opportunity We are seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to join our planning team as an Intermediate Planner. In this role, you will play a key role in the development and implementation of planning policies and regulations, providing expert advice and guidance to stakeholders, and contributing to the strategic planning objectives of NPDC.
Processing RMA and related applicationsProviding RMA expertiseActively ensure that legislative requirements and Council policies and procedures are fulfilled, particularly in relation to all key relevant legislationA tertiary qualification related to resource management or land use planningPractical experience and competency in Resource Management legislative processesA general knowledge of other Local Government legislation and consent processesAwareness of the Local Government political environment.A driver's licenceDistrict Plan administration work within a Local Government environmentBuilding positive relationships with customers and stakeholdersUnderstand and interpret plansHe aha ai a Taranaki?
