Intermediate or Senior Resource Management Planner Urban Design & Planning (Design & Architecture) Full time Development Nous are seeking a Planner to join our multidisciplinary team within either of our offices situated in Hastings (Head Office, Hawkes Bay), Palmerston North (Manawatu), or Wellington CBD.
Development Nous specialise in land development locally and throughout New Zealand.
We offer expertise in surveying, urban design, planning, civil and structural engineering, landscape architecture, and project management.
We have a large variety of work within a growing practice.

We require team members who can work well within teams while managing their time effectively.
We would like to hear from environmental/resource management planners with a minimum of 3 years' experience.
You'll be supported by a team of experienced planners, surveyors, civil and structural engineers, and landscape architecture professionals.
Salary will be negotiated dependent on experience and expertise.

Job Tasks and Responsibilities Research and due diligence on potential projects.
Taking ownership of projects on time and budgets to a high standard.
Fostering client relationships and communications.
Sharing knowledge, expertise, and technical/legislative updates with the wider team.
Skills and Experience Have practical experience with the resource management act 1991.
Be a member of the NZPI or be eligible to apply.
Produce work of a consistently high standard.
Have strong written, verbal, and relationship skills.
Provide our clients with a high level of communication and a duty of care.
Have a positive attitude with a drive to succeed.
Be able to work to deadlines and organise time to deliver results needed for our clients.
