Intermediate Management Accountant - Full Time/Part Time - 30-40 hours per week
We own and manage a range of entities operating within the property and hospitality sectors in Auckland. We are proudly New Zealand owned and managed.
We are looking for an enthusiastic and capable Management Accountant, to work closely with the Property management and Hospitality management teams. Led by our experienced financial controller, you will be part of the finance team looking after a diverse portfolio of accounts including hotel, motel, body corporates and commercial and residential owners and tenants. In this role, you will be responsible for issuing invoices, recording payments, processing supplier invoices and payments. Preparing the management accounts for multiple properties and related entities.
The role has daily responsibilities at our central Auckland office from Monday to Friday, but as part of our team we can offer this role as part time (minimum 30 hours) or full time.
The successful candidate for this role will have:
Accounts clerical experienceExperience with MYOB, Palace and minimum intermediary level in ExcelA can do attitude, be systematic and accurateAttention to detail, analytical and numerical skillsThe ability to work collaboratively and independentlyTo be self-motivated and able to stay-on-task to completion, adhere to deadlines.We would prefer candidates to have experience in working with accounts in the property or hotel sectors.
