Interim Repairs Manager

Elevate Projects are working in partnership with our client, a reputable provider of affordable housing, not for profit developer and registered social landlord, to appoint an experienced Repairs Manager to join their busy Property Services team.
This role involves leading the property repairs function and supervising trades to ensure works are completed to agreed quality standards, timescales, and to the satisfaction of the tenant.Successful candidates will have:Considerable experience of running operational repair and maintenance services and in-house workforce.Strong technical knowledge of property maintenance and preferably a surveying or construction qualification.Experience of improving service performance.Strong IT skills – Excel and Power BI, preferably with experience of using Aereon QL and DRS scheduling systems.
