Interim Accounts Technician - Dargan Rd, Belfast

MCS Group is delighted to be assisting a key client based in Belfast source an interim Assistant Accountant in the Dargan Road area, Belfast.This is an immediate need for a fully onsite role with an ongoing temporary assignment and a competitive hourly rate.Key Duties Include:Assisting in the preparation of monthly management accounts — including but not limited to payroll journals and prepayment journals; fixed asset close.Preparation of balance sheet reconciliations in various foreign currencies.Assisting in the preparation of monthly finance reports.Weekly cash reporting, cash forecasting, and bank reconciliations in various currencies.Preparation of monthly VAT returns.Stock reconciliations and assisting in stock control and reporting.Assisting in sales and margin reporting.Liaising with foreign payroll bureaus.Processing monthly employee expense claims and credit card claims.Processing intercompany invoices; reconciliations, and payment of intercompany balances.Providing support to Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable functions when required.For more details on this opportunity, please see below:To speak in absolute confidence about this opportunity, please send an up-to-date CV via the link provided or contact Clare Simpson, Specialist Interim & Contract Finance Consultant at MCS Group.
