We are looking for Casual Support Workers to help the Rangatahi and Tamariki in our Intensive support services in Orewa.
What does a Support Worker do? | He aha te mahi a te Kaimahi Tautoko Our Support Workers assist Rangatahi and Tamariki who access our services to live as independently as possible in their community. Support Workers are part of a team who work shifts or specific rosters providing 24/7 cover with responsibilities including aiding with personal care, community outings, integration, and other aspects of daily living - enabling people we support to be as independent as possible.

You need to be respectful of others' thinking and their way of living life that may be different from your own.Flexibility to work overnight shifts across a roster, including weekends.Empathy, respect, and cultural awareness is important in this role as the people we support come from diverse backgrounds with varying needs and interests.
