Intensive Care Specialists
New Zealand's ICU teams have opportunities for intensivists, physicians with an interest in critical care medicine, dual trained specialist intensivists, or anaesthetists or emergency medical specialists with an interest in critical care medicine. We provide good career advancement and variety, allowing you to work with exposure to a wide range of cases from neuro and cardio postoperative surgery to paediatrics and trauma.

About you
We welcome enthusiastic and committed ICU physicians from varied backgrounds.
To be considered for this role:
You will need to have, or be eligible to be awarded, vocational registration with the New Zealand Medical Council in intensive care medicine and/or your other specialty.
You will have eligibility for general or provisional general registration with the Medical Council of New Zealand.
You will need to be a New Zealand or Australian citizen or resident or have an appropriate visa to be eligible to live and work in New Zealand.
Dual trained anaesthetist - intensivist.
Hold the FCICM qualification or international equivalent – beneficial but not necessarily required.
