Integrity Relationship Manager - Sport Integrity Commission Te Kahu RaunuiOnly for registered membersAucklandNZD 60,000 - 80,000Integrity Relationship Manager - Sport Integrity Commission Te Kahu RaunuiAbout the Sport Integrity Commission:The Sport Integrity Commission Te Kahu Raunui was established on 1 July 2024, to enhance integrity within sport and recreation and protect and promote the safety and well-being of participants and the fairness of competition.Responsibilities of the Commission include:Supporting sport and recreation organisations to create respectful and inclusive environments where all participants are safe from harmful behaviour, such as bullying or racism.Establishing integrity standards through an Integrity Code.Sports Anti-Doping responsibilities for New Zealand.Providing complaints and dispute resolution services, including investigations when threats to integrity have occurred.Role Summary:As an Integrity Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for managing engagement and supporting a portfolio of National Sports and Recreation Organisations to increase their capability in this area.You will build strong relationships and proactively partner with these organisations to deliver solutions and support, positively influencing the culture of sports and recreation in New Zealand Aotearoa. In this critical role, you will also contribute to the adoption and implementation of the Integrity Code within sector organisations who adopt it.Your role will include enhancing the understanding of the Commission's mandate, services and support across the sector, through proactive communication, resource provision, and collaboration.About You:Strong personal commitment to clean sport and integrity within sport and recreation.Strong relationship management skills with the ability to lead and influence at all levels both internally and externally.Proven ability to advance the Commission's purpose through effective relationship building and communication programmes.Excellent written and verbal communication skills including strong presentation abilities.Demonstrated ability to champion and support implementation programmes through advocacy, strategic influencing, and cross-cultural competence.Experience in specific integrity areas (e.g. participant protection, anti-corruption, anti-doping) is highly regarded, though not essential.Experience in the sport and recreation sector would be an advantagePreferred qualifications include a background in business, management, law, education, or a sports related field.This is an opportunity to develop relationships with the sport and recreation sector and provide them with the resources and tools to deliver safe and fair sport for everyone across Aotearoa.APPLICATION CLOSE - Wednesday 8 th January 2025
