The Opportunity This role is pivotal in ensuring that the Supply Chain enterprise has a robust integrated management system across our food safety, quality management and environmental systems as well as managing our supplier quality to ensure we are producing high quality products everyday.
What you'll be doing Develop, maintain, and improve one integrated management system covering Food Safety, Quality Management and Environmental Management for the Supply Chain Set up the Supply Chain Multi site accreditation for the latest version of FSSC 22000.
Create and maintain a Supply Chain IMS Dashboard that displays the IMS system compliance and the performance of Supply Chain.
Auditing of new and existing suppliers and third party manufacturers to ensure they are meeting Suntory's standards Risk assess new raw materials to ensure they comply with Suntory's standards Work with procurement to implement supplier and third party manufacturers agreements to ensure KPI's are met Lead and develop a high performing team What's in your toolkit?
Previous experience in a similar role and relevant degree/qualifications Experience implementing and maintaining food safety programs Experience in a highly regulated environment – FMCG or Pharmaceutical is desirable Experience managing and developing a team Ability to build strong relationships and influence key stakeholders to help drive our safety culture Strong supplier auditing experience and knowledge of quality management systems A continuous improvement mindset to ensure we are delivering high quality products to our customers.
