Int Quantity Surveyor | Contract

The Project: As a Quantity Surveyor, you'll be part of a dedicated team working across multiple commercial projects. Your role will involve:
Analysing architectural and engineering plans
Managing costs throughout the project lifecycle
Skills & Experience Required:
Strong knowledge of building methods and materials
Proven experience in commercial construction projects
Ability to read and interpret complex building plans
Expertise in estimating costs for materials, labour, and other project expenses
Understanding of relevant construction legislation
