About the Role
As an Insurance Consultant – Sales, you'll provide exceptional customer service and expert guidance to help customers make informed decisions. Your goal will be to deliver positive customer experiences while meeting sales and retention objectives.
Monday - Friday, 40 hours per week between 8AM - 7PM (set shifts)
Hybrid working, 2 days in office & 3 days from home. Full-time office work is allowed.
Annual leave entitlement 4 weeks + 2 extra days

Your Key Responsibilities:
Engage with customers via inbound, outbound, and digital channels to deliver tailored solutions.
Conduct high-quality conversations to achieve customer satisfaction and sales success.
Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
Maintain accurate customer records and follow-up actions.
Contribute to team performance goals and a high-achieving team culture.

Proven experience in frontline sales or customer service.
Exceptional communication skills (verbal and written).
