What You'll Be Doing Mo te Turanga
As an Insurance Consultant, you will become part of a welcoming and supportive team. Based in our Hamilton office, your responsibilities will include managing both inbound and outbound calls, responding to emails, and handling sales and customer inquiries across our diverse range of products and services.
These include Life, Pet, Travel insurances, as well as AA Membership.
Our Contact Centre team enjoy a balanced work schedule with weekends off. We operate Monday to Friday from 8am to 6pm, offering a full-time opportunity for you to work 40 hours a week alongside us.
About You Mou
You are a customer service representative with a big heart for helping. You will certainly thrive in a busy and fast-paced environment and are comfortable navigating multiple IT systems.
However, at the core, is your motivation to help everyday New Zealanders navigate life's journeys and get them sorted with the right product at the right time.

Excellent written and verbal communication
Capability to work within a wider team
Proven background working across multiple IT systems
Empathetic, with a positive outlook

No prior experience in insurance, financial services, or contact centres? No problem! We offer hands-on training and support to get you up to speed quickly.
