Given the diversity of our teams, we look for a wide range of skills, interests, and backgrounds. Show us your strengths, and we'll work with our teams to select three six-month rotations unique to you.During your 18 months Launch experience, you'll have committed people leaders guide you through each rotation, a buddy who'll share experiences with you, as well as support along the way from a senior business mentor and an assigned home business unit.The program gives you experience across various insurance products, and upon successful completion of our program, we'll work together to find you a permanent role within our organization.
