As an instructional designer, you will be responsible for designing and developing engaging and effective learning experiences. A key member of the organisational development team, you will work with internal stakeholders and subject matter experts to recommend, design and develop a range of learning solutions to support continued capability development across our organisation.

Minimum Requirements To be successful in this role you will require the following:
A relevant qualification supporting your knowledge and application of adult learning principles and instructional design models
Experienced in instructional design for blended learning environments
Expertise in using the Articulate suite (including Storyline and Rise) to create interactive and engaging content.
Familiarity with Catalyst Learning Management Systems (LMS) and integration with e-learning content.
Experience with graphic design and multimedia elements to enhance learning materials
Ability to troubleshoot technical issues related to e-learning platforms and content delivery
