Key Responsibilities:Install High-End Cabinetry: Install custom, high-end cabinets in residential and commercial settings, ensuring precision and superior craftsmanship.Attention to Detail: Ensure all cabinetry is level, properly aligned, and securely mounted to meet our company's high standards of quality.Site Preparation: Prepare job sites by ensuring all materials, tools, and equipment are on hand and organized before beginning work.Problem Solving: Address any on-site challenges or adjustments required during installation with professionalism and expertise.Quality Control: Conduct a final walkthrough to ensure that all installations are completed to the highest standard, with attention to detail and craftsmanship.Requirements:Proven Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience installing high-end custom cabinetry, with a portfolio or references to demonstrate your skills.Skilled Craftsmanship: Strong knowledge of cabinet installation techniques, including working with various materials (wood, MDF, plywood, etc.)
