About The Role
As an Installation Project Manager APAC, you'll be responsible for overseeing the implementation of full-stack Fingermark solutions across the APAC region. This role involves managing installation projects from post-sales through to project completion, ensuring the high-quality deployment of hardware and software in quick-service restaurants. This means installing software once the site hardware is deployed, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance.
You will coordinate with internal teams, customers and installation partners to deliver site surveys, generate project scopes, and manage installations end-to-end. The role includes collaborating with software deployment teams, providing customer training, commissioning systems, and completing relevant project administration.
There may be some travel to customer sites and also a requirement to deliver training to internal employees on company products as needed.
About You
Ideally your experience and background will align with the majority of the following:
5+ years' technical experience in system and hardware implementation
Proven ability to manage and deliver complex projects from inception to completion
Understanding of the quick-service restaurant (QSR) industry and its specific needs
Experience with system commissioning and operational testing
Familiarity with logistics and equipment management
Experience with risk management and mitigation strategies
Strong organisational skills with attention to detail
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working with diverse stakeholders i.e external partners, including implementation and logistics partners
Flexibility to work in a hybrid or remote environment
Willingness to travel to customer sites as necessary
Ability to adapt to changing project requirements and customer needs.
Awareness of the latest trends and technologies in the field of hardware and software deployments
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field
