Insolvency & Corporate Recovery (Accounting)The team:This secure established team of professionals has a management level role open for a skilled professional with experience in insolvency and restructuring. This Insolvency and Business Restructuring group manages premier recovery projects across the country, serving clients such as banks, finance companies, directors, and private investors.In this role, you'll oversee formal insolvency appointments, leveraging your existing expertise, and with the availability of Senior staff to assist with your own career development, you'll find growth and learning opportunities here in abundance.My client is a leading Accounting, Tax, Audit, Corporate, and Business Advisory firm. If professionalism, support, and a team that values camaraderie and a quality place to work are all important factors to you, this organization has a great reputation for providing solid working foundations and the right support you need.Key Responsibilities:Manage formal insolvency engagements, including receiverships, liquidations, and voluntary administrations, in line with relevant legislation.Secure, recover, and realize assets during insolvency processes, including business operations.Conduct investigations and assist in developing and pursuing legal claims.Engage and communicate with various stakeholders under supervision.Review creditor claims for distribution.Draft reports and provide statutory and special-purpose advice.About You:A relevant tertiary qualification in accounting, finance, or law.At least four years of experience in insolvency or a similar field.Chartered Accountant (CA), Certified Public Accountant (CPA), or legal qualifications, or progress towards them.Comfortable with software - Xero, Core IPS, and Microsoft Excel.Excellent collaboration and communication skills.Leadership personality; someone who enjoys teamwork.Why Choose this role?You'll be joining a reputable team with many decades of experience delivering outstanding business support.You'll enjoy career development and diverse work exposure.You'll be a part of a team that has a strong commitment to sustainability and community initiatives.There are extensive global opportunities to support extended leave and travel internationally.If you believe you have the right Management level skill set to apply for this role, I would love to speak with you further.
