The role The Insights Specialist will focus on ASB's Business Banking's Product Risk Uplift Programme. In this role you will proactively partnering with key stakeholders, helping them answer questions via data-driven analysis and insight to enable strategic business outcomes. With an exciting pipeline of work at hand, ASB's Insights Specialist require curiosity, creativity, and ability to query, synthesise and deliver actionable insights for our internal business.
What we are looking for: This role needs someone that is naturally curious, proactive analytically minded and passionate about delivering actionable insights that create value for our customers and our business.
Other skills & experience:
Proven SQL skills with practical experience using SQL across enterprise scale data to uncover and deliver insightsExperience in visualisation tools such as Tableau would be an advantageA minimum of four years analytics, data and insights experienceExcellent time management skills, work within tight deadlines to deliver accurate dataStrong analytical skills with the ability to work with complex data to deliver meaningful, relevant and actionable insightsStakeholder management skills with the ability build trust based relationshipsStrong problem solving skills with the ability to think outside the boxWorking for ASB In return, you will work in a fun, successful and united team environment, with plenty of opportunity for growth and development.
