Tradify, a high-growth SaaS company headquartered in Auckland, is looking for an energetic and sales-focused Inside Sales Specialist to join their team. As an Inside Sales Specialist, you will play a crucial role in reaching out to potential customers, conducting product demonstrations, and helping them understand how Tradify's software can improve their trade businesses.In this role, you will be working to convert trialists into paying customers and contribute to the company's growth and success. If you are a motivated individual with a passion for sales, excellent communication skills, and a desire to help customers succeed, we would love to hear from you.Responsibilities:Reach out to trialists and potential customers through phone calls, emails, and other communication channelsPresent and demonstrate Tradify's software to trialists and potential customersUnderstand customers' needs and provide tailored solutions and recommendationsFollow up with leads and maintain regular contact to drive conversionsCollaborate with the sales and marketing teams to optimize the sales process and improve customer experienceStay up-to-date with industry trends and market insightsMinimum Requirements:Proven experience in a sales role, preferably in a SaaS environmentExcellent communication skills, both verbal and writtenStrong presentation and demonstration skillsA passion for sales and a desire to exceed targetsAbility to build and maintain relationships with customersHighly organized, with great attention to detailAbility to work independently and as part of a teamFamiliarity with CRM software is a plusFlexibility to work some late shifts to speak to our ANZ trialistsBenefits:Hybrid Working 3 office/2 homeEmployee Share Options (ESOP)Generous Parental Leave entitlementsDown Tools Days (5-6 days a year to follow your passion)Volunteer Leave (to pay it forward in our community)Birthday leave (a paid day off so you can celebrate)A Dog Friendly officeLegendary Monthly Team LunchesA values-based cultureInterested?
