Our story & company values: the RoleThe Inside Sales & Customer Onboarding Specialist is a key role in growing the number of MyTrucking customers and assisting current customers to expand their use of MyTrucking wherever possible, with an emphasis on the Australian market.This role is responsible for prospecting, trial sign-ups, the conversion to paying customers and the onboarding of new customers ensuring our products are embedded in their businesses.
This person will have a bias for action, be goal-oriented, have great communication skills, and be able to collaborate openly with a wide range of people/roles/perspectives across the MyTrucking business, especially our infield sales team.Key ResponsibilitiesOnboard new customers and setup their trial (if required), including some after-hours where necessary, with the ability to work Australian business hoursSuccessfully convert new triallers to paying customers ensuring all required processes are completed.
This includes:- All required information loaded in our CRM- Billing details loaded in to MyTruckingAchieve our customer growth sales targetsProspect for new customers/triallers through a range of online, phone, and face to face activitiesImprove our systems and tools to better support prospecting, onboarding, and conversion at scaleCustomer SupportProactively identify opportunities for our customers to improve their business processes through using more MyTrucking featuresAssist with functional testing of product releases when neededProvide advice and guidance, and assist the Support team when neededProvide rostered cover for weekend support and ad-hoc support to cover gaps as needed and agreedProvide support for new and existing Australian customers during Australian business hoursPartnershipsManage Partner Relationships on a day to day basis as requiredAssist Sales and Marketing team with partnerships as neededWhy work with us?MyTrucking is a fun, vibrant and growing workplace.
