You will have the unique opportunity to shape our product roadmap and champion initiatives that make a real impact. Your role is all about driving innovation to enhance growth, efficiency, and the quality of our services, giving NZHG a competitive edge.Identify high-value product ideas that align with our Commercial strategy.Ensure our products and services address the most critical customer needs.Work with subject matter experts and Commercial Business Partners to gather insights and spark new ideas.Dive deep into customer problems and align product and service objectives to solve them.Use data-driven insights to measure success and guide future work.This is a full-time 1 year fixed-term position working Monday - Friday, standard business hours and can be based in either Te Whanagui-a-Tara Wellington or Tamaki Makaurau Auckland.Experience: At least 3 years as a Product Manager.Health Sector Interest: Experience or interest in the health sector is a plus.Leadership: Proven success in leading growth-oriented projects that deliver growth, efficiencies and improvements to service.Problem-Solving: Ability to tackle complex problems with sound judgment.Influence: Skilled at influencing outcomes at all levels without direct authority.Customer Focus: Passionate about understanding and enhancing the end-to-end customer journey.Data-Driven: Capable of presenting well-structured, data-informed arguments to decision-makers.Metrics and Reporting: Proficient in maintaining metrics, dashboards, and reports.Coordination: Strong coordination skills to manage the product journey from start to finish.Curiosity: Open-minded and curious about potential opportunities and different problem-solving approaches.Trend Awareness: Recognise when emerging trends can address challenges across the Group.Join us at NZHG and be part of a team that's transforming healthcare in New Zealand.
