This is a high-profile role that provides a unique opportunity to gain cross-functional experience & exposure to senior leaders within the organisation. It provides an ideal opportunity to gain broad commercial experience in terms of how to commercialise innovation projects. ROLE LOCATION OPEN TO: Australia (NSW) and New Zealand (AKL) NEED CANDIDATE TO START ASAP Responsibilities Key Responsibilities: Responsible for the commercialisation of innovation projects from concept to launch- ensuring flawless execution of innovations through Project Management excellence Leadership of cross functional project teams to deliver innovation projects to agreed 1st shipment / in market datesResponsible for AOP submission & budget trackingResponsible to assessing & communicating the feasibility of innovation projectsResponsible for communicating milestones & timelines to project teams & key stakeholders to enable on time, on budget project deliveryCollaborating with Commercial teams to enable successful project execution Responsible for communicating risks & issues & implementing appropriate mitigation & contingency plansEnsure quality inputs to Gate Documents and My Innovation system ensuring data accuracyPresenting projects at Stage Gate meetings (e.g. ANZ Executive Leadership team) to enable Gate approval decisions.Deliver KPI's with a focus on of 3Yr Innovation NR, Stickability and Incrementality.
