The Foundation is always looking to the future with strategic and innovative granting and impact investing to achieve long-term, intergenerational and transformational benefits for our communities.
Reporting to the Social Innovation and Partnerships Manager, the role is responsible for implementing Toi Foundation's strategy and delivering on our strategic focus areas, enabling the Foundation to become a catalytic philanthropic funder in Taranaki. There are two core parts to the work:
Supporting organisations and collaboratives to articulate projects, innovate, develop applications, monitor progress, and achieve outcomes - especially related to child and youth wellbeing.Leading and supporting special projects, including research and evaluation, to understand and enhance the impact that Toi Foundation and our granting has for Taranaki communities.We are open to a fulltime applicant to cover both parts, or two part-timers each with a primary focus on either 1 or 2 above. Please make your preference clear and tailor your cover letter and CV accordingly.

Skilled with facilitation and community relationship management.Experienced in research, evaluation or impact assessment and reporting.Motivated to work collaboratively and strategically on complex issues.Able to write quickly, clearly and succinctly.Savvy with project management.Passionate about Taranaki and our communities.Embracing of Te Tiriti o Waitangi and dedicated to cultural competence.You will hold a tertiary qualification in a relevant field, with proven analysis skills.
