Reporting to the Social Innovation and Partnerships Manager, the role is responsible for implementing Toi Foundation's strategy and delivering on our strategic focus areas, enabling the Foundation to become a catalytic philanthropic funder in Taranaki. There are two core parts to the work:
Supporting organisations and collaboratives to articulate projects, innovate, develop applications, monitor progress, and achieve outcomes - especially related to child and youth wellbeing.Leading and supporting special projects, including research and evaluation, to understand and enhance the impact that Toi Foundation and our granting has for Taranaki communities.We are open to a fulltime applicant to cover both parts, or two part-timers each with a primary focus on either 1 or 2 above.
