We're looking for a cheerful and energetic person to join our Rentokil Initial team based in Auckland. The role is a permanent, full-time role (40 hours) however due to the nature of the role you can work standard business hours or depending on your run, start early and finish early.
You will be responsible for the following: Maintenance and cleaning of our product range in customers washrooms (including Sanitary bins, soap dispensers and air fresheners) in Ladies and Men's toilets.Completing the pre-planned servicing within the required timeBe aware of clients' needs and identify opportunities to improve service standards.To be successful in the role, you will need to have the following: Clean full Driver's LicenceBe confident in your skills in repairing & installing washroom productsA cheerful disposition and the ability to greet customers as you arrive on their premisesComfort in using technology and smartphonesBe well presented, proactive and able to work well on your ownHave a strong focus towards excellent customer service and quality work, "can do" attitudeGood time managementBe able to carry out moderately physical, repetitive work, following of instructions and proceduresDeliver to the agreed service standards utilising our hygiene, fragrance and cleaning products, making it work for both you and the CustomerWe will provide you with all the training, uniform and equipment you'll need to do the job well.

This role has great support from our operations team and supervisors based in our Auckland depot.
