Do you enjoy juggling multiple recruitment assignments and tight time frames? We are looking for a motivated, initiative-taker who is passionate about people and ready to jump feet first into delivering outstanding experiences to our key stakeholders and candidates. Au Mahi | What You Will Do Hitting the ground running, you will be responsible for delivering end-to-end recruitment within a diverse portfolio for our key stakeholders. No day will be the same and you will bring your previous recruitment experience to: Ensuring documentation and approval processes are followedUndertaking detailed recruitment briefs with Hiring ManagersCrafting adverts and managing advertising channelsScreening, interviewing and providing advice on salary and benefitsWorking alongside hiring managers to improve capability and confidence.We work collaboratively, so you will support other recruitment team members with recruitment assignments. You will be passionate about people. You must be curious, show initiative and not be afraid to ask questions. You will also: Enjoy working in a fast-paced environmentConnect quickly with a diverse range of peopleBe professionally and technically competent and confidentUnderstand how to provide an exceptional candidate and hiring manager experienceExperience with SnapHire or Workday would be advantageous.We recognise and value people as our most precious resource and the mahi undertaken in the People and Culture Team is the catalyst for positive changes in our organisation.
