Since 1910, Surf Life Saving New Zealand (SLSNZ) has been dedicated to saving lives and ensuring the safety of beachgoers across Aotearoa. SLSNZ delivers proactive lifeguarding and essential emergency rescue services, a range of public education, beach safety programs, member education, training, and development, and are also a highly respected sport. SLSNZ relies on the generosity of the public, commercial partners, and trusts to support their vital services.
The role: This is an exciting new opportunity to lead the future of property and asset resilience across SLSNZ member clubs throughout Aotearoa. Be instrumental in the development of centralised property and infrastructure asset plans while offering expertise, support and guidance to the network of 74 clubs across Aotearoa.
About you: Relationships: Guide and support nationwide clubs in the development and implementation of a future-focused property and infrastructure assets program.Projects: Oversee the creation and management of a project pipeline within capital expenditure allocations alongside the clubs.National Collaboration: Establish and support a National Infrastructure Committee to enhance coordination and effectiveness.What you will bring to the role: Proven commercial and financial acumen with experience in property management.Exceptional relationship management and collaboration abilities.Strong advisory background.Bachelor's degree in business, planning, or related field with project management experience.Take action: If you share SLSNZ values of respect, collaboration, integrity, well-being, and fun, and you're eager to contribute to the future of SLSNZ while advancing our new strategic direction, we would love to hear from you!
