We're looking for someone who is passionate about information management and has experience working in large organisations in this area.As we continue our digital transformation journey, this is an exciting opportunity for you to influence the direction of our information management strategy, guide senior management in best practice, and improve the information management maturity across the organisation.
You will be making meaningful decisions that will impact the direction of our organisation in this area.If you're someone who has experience in this area, challenges the status quo, is interested in modern information management practice and architecture, and is ready for a new challenge, we would love to hear from you.Ko tou ake mahi - What You'll DoReview, update, and implement WorkSafe Mahi Haumaru's information management strategy.Contribute to the day-to-day functioning of the information management practice.Develop strategies, methods, and standards to ensure records are protected.Build and develop relationships with other agencies on best practice and technology solutions.Champion good information management practice.Effectively and efficiently transition new frameworks, structures, and processes across the organisation.Work with other Digital teams to ensure WorkSafe Mahi Haumaru kaimahi have the processes and tools they need to do their work.A true passion for modern information management within Microsoft 365 products.Proven experience leading information management practice within diverse organisations, preferably within government.Experience working in a fast-paced, changing environment.Experience leading new business development projects and/or business transformation projects.A willingness to share expertise with the wider team to build internal capability in information management practices.Awhe utu - Salary rangeAs part of our remuneration framework, the full salary range for the position is from $117,451 to $155,228.
