Our client has a proven track record of supporting and developing people in their chosen career with training, qualifications, and apprenticeships.This is a full-time, permanent role, based in Timaru and requires some travel from Oamaru to Ashburton.Duties of the role:Support trainee career pathways and training progression through collaboration with employers, trainees, and industry experts.Promote company services to attract trainees and apprentices.Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.Identify new business opportunities and target clients.Manage regular call cycles and appointments throughout the North Otago/South Canterbury region.Promote services at industry events and engage with potential customers and trainees.Manage the CRM and ensure documentation is compliant with set standards.This is a rewarding and satisfying role.Work from home – some flexibility around hours of work.Competitive salary, vehicle, and benefits.This is your chance to make a difference.Skills & Experience:Have a passion for training and development.Experience in education/NZQA knowledge/training and development may be advantageous.Proven experience of business development and effectively managing client relationships.Great computer skills with excellent attention to detail and accuracy.This role requires a real "People Person".Due to the nature of this role, you must hold a clean, full NZ drivers' licence as this role requires travel around the region in a company vehicle.How to Apply:Click apply now with your CV and a short cover letter.
