This is a full-time, permanent role, based in Timaru and requires some travel from Oamaru to Ashburton.
Duties of the role: Support trainee career pathways and training progression through collaboration with employers, trainees, and industry expertsPromote company services to attract trainees and apprenticesBuild and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholdersIdentify new business opportunities and target clientsManage regular call cycles and appointments throughout the North Otago/South Canterbury regionPromote services at industry events and engage with potential customers and traineesManage the CRM and ensure documentation is compliant with set standardsSkills & Experience: Have a passion for training and developmentExperience in education/NZQA knowledge/training and development may be advantageousProven experience of business development and effectively managing client relationshipsGreat computer skills with excellent attention to detail and accuracyThis role requires a real "People Person"Due to the nature of this role, you must hold a clean, full NZ drivers' licence as this role requires travel around the region in a company vehicle.
