The successful candidate will coordinate and maintain our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system and engagement platforms, craft communications for related initiatives and events, and ensure that systems, processes, and relationships with external industry partners and the community are well managed and coordinated.Key Responsibilities:Coordinate stakeholder engagement plans and industry events.Craft and manage content for digital platforms and communications.Liaise with supporting departments and manage internal and external enquiries.Maintain and develop the CRM system and digital engagement platforms.Support integration of engagement data into reporting tools.Assist with budget administration and project support.About You: You are a dedicated professional who excels in building relationships and fostering collaboration.
